快速清洗、快速調整、容積缸體動作無級調速，適合不同規(guī)格、不同液體的灌裝。
充填量一次調整完畢，每個容積缸可分別微量調節(jié)，灌裝精度高且一致性好。
接觸液體部件的材料為316L不銹鋼、聚四氟、硅橡膠，符合GMP規(guī)范。
進口減速伺服電機無級調速控制灌裝活塞缸，不僅適合各種水劑，亦適合粘稠液體。
進口電磁離合器與電磁制動器配合動作，消除慣性，灌裝精度高。
人機界面與PLC通訊，調整灌裝量、調試設備或更換品種只需在屏幕上設定。
進瓶、定位、灌裝充填、出瓶均自動作業(yè)。灌裝時瓶子不到位、瓶子堵塞或出液管沒有插進瓶子時設備將自動保護，排除后繼續(xù)作業(yè)。
